CK52 series CNC double column vertical truning machine can automatically machine various workpieces made of iron metal and alloy,nonferrous metal and non-metal materials.spherical surface,cylinder surface,cone,thread,end surfaces,inner and external groove can be cut on this machine.the machine can carry out cutting with surface constant velocity.the machine is suitable for large components machining in the industries of heavy duty machinery,power generation,shipbuilding ,metallurgy,etc,besides the general function of common cnc vertical turning machine,ckx52 series cnc double column vertical turning and milling machine has both functions of turning and milling.

CKX52 series machine has 3 simultaneous controlled axes.it can finish drilling,boring,milling and turning in once set up,as well as complicated curve surface.

The movement of tool head and ram is driven by ball screw nut.the guide way adopts pump per pocket type preload constant hydrostatic guide way.

The tool head with ram section size 250x250 moves on the crossrail with relief raill to bear the weight of tool head and reduce the deformation of crossrail which can keep the moving accuracy of tool head.

The main drive is driven by wide field control D.C motor of two stage mechanical shift.

The table is centered by a high precision double row radial short cylindrical roller bearing in radial.pump per pocket type preload constant flow hydraulic guide way is used to bear the weight in axial.

The machine can be equipped with various CNC system such as SIEMENS,FANUC,NUM and so on.
