Oilstone Machine

Superfinishing machining is using lower pressure to push oilstones and lay on the turning workpieces for creating a
face-contact state; meanwhile, the oilstone is vibrating in axial direction at high frequency. The main features are as follows:
    Extremely improved the oughness of workpiece (commonly, Ra 0.025 μm is available).
    The abnormal changes will not occur on the surface structure of workpiece and most of or all of surface metamorphic layer created during fore-process (grinding or cutting ) can be taken away thanks to machining under lower pressure.
    Because of oilstones and workpiece touching on surface and copying automatically, so it can dislodge the surface corrugation grining appeared, and the roundness can be upgraded.
     After superfinishing,the accuracy of workpiece is improved; Forming librication oil pellide easy and librication qualification long service life and high loading capacity are available. Therefore, it is the laboursaving and high efficiency machining method compared with others.
1.The method of through feed centreless superfinishing is used for machining workpiece.
2.Six oilstones are arranged as rough finishing,semifinishing,final finishing and superfinishing to machine workpieces at a same time.
3.Model 3M6205 is suitable for machining needle,precise mandrel etc.
