1.General high rigidity bed without oil pond,electric box,suitable for all-closed or complete protection cover.
2.Static-dynamic bearing of wheel spindle,supplied with a dependent oilbox.
3.Head rack can choose two-type stable or reversing axis,can be supplied with mechanic automatic chuck.
4.End rack is hydraulic back and forth,with hand fine tuning taper structure optional and good bearing rigidity.
5.Infeeding wheel and adopt Ac-servo and ball screw structure,after tightening can reach high precision.
6.Control system adopts FANUC-O-GCC or MITSUBISHI or SIMENS 81OD system (optional) and develop automatic grinding circle,dressing circle software.
7.Dressing form:back diamond forming wheel dressing;front diamond drinding CNC dressing; front single diamond dresser; all of them can reach automatic dressing & compensation.
8.Mechatronics layout, Electronic cabinet,hydraulic and lubricant cell are all connected with the machine.
9.Complete protection structure,comfirming device of protection door,opening and clsing are optional.
10.Imported or domestic grinding driving gauge can be assembled to reach a closed-cycle control during maching process.
